A small desk, on one chain.

KeelFlow makes markets for venues on Robinhood Chain and advises the teams building them. Four seats, one consolidated view of the market, and a public terminal that shows the same readings we quote against.

What the desk is for

Tokenised equities and crypto pairs on a young chain start with thin books. A venue can wait for organic makers, or it can start with a desk that prices every listing from the whole market and keeps quoting when the tape gets loud. We do the second one, and we tell venue teams what their fee schedule and sequencing rules will do to everyone else who quotes there.

Where this goes

Fragmented venues with extractive makers is the default outcome, and it is a bad one for everybody except the makers. We would rather run a desk that can publish its own numbers, take the scrutiny that comes with that, and compete on quotes instead of on information the other side cannot see.

What we hold to

Show the number
Anything we claim about a book is computed from a feed a reader can call themselves. The terminal exists so that partners can check us rather than trust us.
Same book for everyone
We quote the venue, not the counterparty. No hidden tier gets a better price from us than the screen shows.
Quotes that hold
Width is set by measured volatility and inventory. A quote that only exists in calm markets is not liquidity, it is decoration.
Say what we will not do
Wash volume, self-crossing for points and incentive farming that leaves a venue thinner than it started are not products we sell.

The four seats

We trade under handles for now. Names go up when the desk is ready to put them next to a track record rather than a promise.

Working with us

Send the pairs you want quoted, the fee schedule, the sequencing rules and the launch date. We come back with the width and size we would hold, what we would change in the schedule, and what it would take to keep the book open through the first volatility event.
